My interests in health are preventing burnout at work, promote healthy life habits, discuss addiction and courage to both physical and mental activity.

Hildur and Sildur, my PTs

My personal trainers, Hildur and Sildur, give me great motivation to get out every morning. We have a challenge which one of us is the first sitting at door in the morning to get out first. They want to bring a ball, I often take my training back bag and car tyre to pull.

Physical health

I have asthma and back disease, protrusion of intervertebral disci. They both were noticed over 10 years ago. Due to the back problems, I quit gym training - and switch to gym classes. Asthma hasn't prevented me doing anything that I had noticed. I am not a quick runner though,  but I can go on for long time.

Creativity

For the soul, you need also some creative activities. I recommend listening to Sakea ilta, great music from young Finnish musicians.

Never give up

Not everything is possible. You don't know what is not if you haven't tried though.
